Perspectives Review Perspectives was an art exhibition held in Artspace Mackay featuring art recreates of deuce Australian artists, Jon Cattapan and eX de Medici. These two Australian artists created arts to consider the same subject guinea pig; the lives and work of the Australian peacekeeping mission forces who are working overseas. Cattapan was send to the East Timor and Medici to Solomon Islands to fall out the soldiers, gain experience and reflect on it. The Official compact Art Scheme program interprets Australias state of wartime history, making a rich contribution to Australian art. The name official war artist is used to describe artists who form been expressly busy by either the Australian War Memorial or the Army Military History Section. Jon Cattapan wa s born in Melbourne, crude South Wales in 1956.
